This year I will be focusing on tournaments nearby and hopefully getting everything I need together to make a run at fishing the FLW Tour in the next few years. Since I recently graduated college I will be mainly fishing BFL's and some TBF tournaments in 2013. I already miss college fishing.

Just recently added a new sponsor to the list! These unique top water "walk the dog" type baits set themselves apart from the rest of the best on the market. "Fishing technology has been brought to a new level. The difference is in the "Boing" sound that a "Boing Lure" generates."
In the sport of fishing, you quickly realize that you can't always win or be near the top. My last three years, I've been fortunate enough to have incredible tournament seasons. This year, that hasn't been the case. I would have liked to finished up my college career with a strong year but things didn't work out according to plan. I had the mindset of "go big or go home" and that's what I went for. I swung for the fences in every tournament hoping for just one last win before I graduated. My last college tournament I had a respectable 12th place finish on Kentucky Lake and was able to walk away with my head held high, knowing that I gave it my all and that it just wasn't my time to win again just yet.
It's getting that time of year again! We've had a surprisingly warm spring and It's got everyone including myself ready to start up a new year of fishing! I'm looking forward to getting back out on the water and planning to have another great year and promoting my sponsors the best I can.
